About the program:

New Oriental Group Management Trainee program by Yu Minhong as the general mentor, is designed for the global graduated talents. Our objective is to cultivate the integrated manager of New Oriental Group and its affiliated business. Under the unified training plan, the two-year training period is divided into four stages. In the subordinate organizations, the group executives or senior manager serve as the instructors to carry out the training program and accomplish your rotation process. In the training program, the Group provides a full range of training support, including centralized training, learning exchange, group leadership forum, on-the-job training, online learning, testing and evaluation.

We need you:

-Study abroad, better major in English, MBA, education, marketing or psychology;

-Experience in overseas projects or training projects is preferred;

-Good command of English speaking, reading, writing, good language skills;

-Excellent, continuous learning ability, desire for success, sustained passion;

-Excellent communication, coordination ability and team awareness, excellent ability to adapt and compression;

-With a keen insight, a clear logic of thinking, a unique perspective.

任职资格

1. 2025-2026届国内双一流高校毕业生、在中国大陆以外获得学士学位以上（含学士学位）的留学归国人士；
